Your website provides misinformation. Oxidation causes acidity and disease. Oxidation-reduction increases the body ph not decreases it.

Alkaline water is also rich in antioxidants. This is because it causes oxidation (antioxidant don’t cause oxidation) that can help prevent the destruction of cells(NOT TRUE – oxidation is the destruction of cells). And it does all this without calories, unlike alkaline foods.
