Excellent machine we really enjoy it. Our only dislike of it is that the lights for the. Cold. Hot don’t stay lit which at night can be difficult if u get some water at night

Thank you Luke for all of the above, it helps me choose the right one. I just order the New Brio Carbon Fiber Bottle less Countertop hot cold water dispenser, yes, quite expensive and I choose this new build up dispenser with 4 stages and its with in inside the unit itself, the plumber just attach the water line., per instruction. I’m so excited once the unit will arrived.

I’ll keep in touch and keep reading your articles. It helps a lot, I’ve been surfing for almost 3 months to find the recommended one and I read your article of the above. Again, thank you.

Hi Cheryl

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your Brio.

I believe the company behind the brand is DTW, so if you can’t find the manual then try their customer support number on +800 781 1680 (office hours Mon-Fri). If they are not the main company, they seem to be the largest online authorized dealer so they should be able to point you in the right direction at the very least.

I am trying to find a user guide for our Brio Commercial Grade Bottleless Ultra Safe Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filter Water Cooler Dispenser. We just changed the filter cartridges and the machine will not stop beeping. I’m not sure if it is self cleaning mode or what. Can’t trouble shoot because I can find the manual in my office or online. Can you help?
