It seems to me that Bawell is still in operation. But it does seem difficult to find their products. I was able to find replacement filters on eBay for you.

Hi Diane

To my knowledge the Bawell ionizer (especially the Bawell 2195) is a countertop machine only.

What you’re probably thinking about is the Tyent UCE which has an under sink system and its own separate faucet, which you will have to replace (or use in addition to) your existing faucet in order to use the ionizer. However, there is a counter top version of it too.
