I have a large hone with three tub/showers and three shower only bathrooms. How can this system that reduces down to 1/2 inch, while going thru the filters, keep the water pressure and volume I need?

In reply to Josephine Downes. Hi Josephine Unfortunately it's not clear if Aquasana Rhino is capable of effectively treating high levels of sulfur. You might want to consider getting an additional dedicated sulfur filter as it sounds like you have a high concentration in your water system and most whole house filters only treat small amounts of sulfur - at best. We have the Aquasana Rhino whole house system, but we are smelling a rotten egg odor from all our water taps. Does it filter sulfur bacteria? What should we do?

In reply to Tim. Hi Tim The Aquasana site does mention that the OptimH2O Under Sink Reverse Osmosis removes arsenic. Do a search on the product page on Aquasana through Edit - > Find In This Page. OR Control+F (Command+F on a Mac) and search for "arsenic". Stay hydrated, Luke

Why doesn’t the Aquasana website mention that OptimH2O deals with arsenic but this article specifically speaks to it. Am I missing something? Help me understand. Thanks!

Hi Liz

It’s a little complicated to explain. Your best bet is to watch a whole house filter installation video on YouTube and see if you’re comfortable with all the steps.

However, if you don’t have much confidence in your plumbing skills then I would highly recommend you get a professional.

This is because things tend to seem simple in installation videos but they are not usually that straightforward in real life when it comes to plumbing (in my experience).

I know for a fact that Aquasana will happily recommend a local plumber to you after you’ve made a puchase from them.
