Hi Scott
I contacted Aquasana on your behalf but no response yet. I personally think any standard fitting faucet should work because pretty much all faucets have to be the standard size/fit in order to work and the reverse osmosis filter is typically connected to the pipes not the faucet.
However, I’ll update this once they respond.

Yes, the Aquasana Optimh2O does remineralize i.e. adds back healthy minerals into your water through the cartridges.
