I have an 18′ round above ground pool. Have had my sand filter for about 7 years. It has leaks sprouting at the side bottom of the filter. It is a 10,000 gallon pool and wondering if I should go back to a Cartridge Pool Filtration system. The sand filter, I believe, is too strong for this size pool. We also had, at one time, an ionizer however, left stains in the pool liner. I need suggestions, please help.

I have a 15 ft diameter, by about 3 or 4 ft depth above ground pool bit it has been buried and the top is a ground level. Can I use an above ground filter designed for this size pool even if it is in the ground.

I have been told that you cannot use a sand filter on a soft side pool is this true and if not what is the best sand filter to you

Ok So we have a 10,500 gallon pool, and it with a cartridge filter. Surprisingly, the filter did a better than we wxpected but we still preferred a better filtering system. We tried to get a sand filter but w/Covid we were unable to order anything and if we could it would not arrive until the Season was over. I did buy a 16″ sand filter but need to get a good pump. I’m sorry I didn’t buy a combo but just need sound suggestions on what to buy in the way of a pump and what they cost?

Hi. I have a Bestway power steel frame (soft side). It’s 14”x48” Do you recommend your best 4500gph 19”? Or is that too powerful? And, I can’t find any available sand filters (plus they are price gouged)
