If this is still under warranty you need to contact the manufacturer immediately so they can help you resolve this as they are responsible for their product.

					<description><![CDATA[I purchased my fleck 7000  through Amazon from you. I purchased it January 2017. I have worked on it 3 times in the past 7 months. It not filling tank when regenerating is needed. Then working on it started filling the tank complete full but would not drain. Then I pulled all valves out, cleaning them and applying silicone grease and all valves worked smoothly. It worked a few weeks then it&#039;s not softening water properly.  This is under warranty and I need you to make this right. I have learned this model 7000 is no longer being sold, which leads me to know that this model has real problems. I have updated this article to recommend people NOT buy from this brand as I&#039;m getting more and more complaints like yours. There is no way that I will ever promote a company that treats people so poorly.

This is why I personally buy all my stuff from Amazon using a credit card. Amazon has world class customer service to fall back on if a vendor let&#039;s you down and if all that fails then there&#039;s always the credit card company.

I thought you would like to know about my experience with ABC Water as a cautionary tale and consumer experience.  I really enjoy your website and thorough reviews.  It was your review on GE vs. Fleck as well as the ABC Water review that led me to select them as the product and vendor to buy from.  Sadly my experience with ABC Water has been horrific, taken up hours and hours of phone time and waiting nearly 6 weeks to no avail.  In the end I still have NO water softener from them and they don&#039;t bother to respond to any calls, VMs, text messages, emails etc.  I even text the owner and he apologized then said he&#039;d help me and 36 hours later he hasn&#039;t said a thing.

Here was my experience:

Kory at ABC Water suggested buying the product on Walmart.com and I&#039;ve tried TWICE to order the 5600sxt, but ABC can&#039;t seem to assemble the order and ship it, then the order just gets cancelled - been waiting over a month now and never received the product.

Walmart blames the ABC Waters and ABC blames Walmart.

ABC Waters claims they are easy to get ahold of on their website yet after leaving 6 voicemails on 2 different phone numbers, texting them and emailing them I never got a response.

If they can&#039;t be reached during the sale imagine how bad it would be if you actually needed support for the product you bought from ABC Waters?  Just atrocious service.

Upon speaking with Pentair (the actual manufacturer) they don&#039;t even know who ABC Water is. Hmm...  Another red flag.

I should have done more research beforehand as it appears there are a lot of comments online and at BBB about ABC Waters unresponsiveness.]]></description>
